Very Good
We got a free upgrade to an executive suite. Staff was warm and friendly.
Check-in took a while to complete. Had to wait for our room even though we check in late.

Relax and chill
Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was average, but u have other choices around the BigBox Mall.
The shops in the mall were sparely and needed alot of walk, not elderly friendly because need to walk quite a distance to shops. The reception can try to put a smile when serving customers. Overall, hotel is great place to rest after driving and shopping.

Very Good
The room we got was spacious and very cosy. Location wise it is very accessible and even has a mall located downstairs. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.
This was the 1st time that we got rejected by on room dining, stating that the wait is 50mins or more. Was quite disappointing to know that after spending the whole day out and looking forward to dining in, we weren't able to. The toilet grouting and featured wall are also not cleaned properly. Would be better if housekeeping paid more attention to such details. However overall the stay was good.
